Misdirection At Its Best

After repeated statements yesterday from the Navy that they would not shoot down the errant U.S. satellite that was falling toward the earth Wednesday night (due to inclement weather, rough seas, etc.), the nation turned its eyes toward last night’s full lunar eclipse that gave us a Blood Moon.  We had a great view from our front porch with clear, cold skies.  The stars, which are usually abundant and easily viewed due to our remote location, shone even brighter for the duration of the eclipse.

And while we were all looking north, the Navy did indeed shoot down the satellite as it fell in the west.  And if you could read the transcript of yesterday’s Don&Mike show, they called it, baby.
